HEAD OF DISPATCH & LOGISTICS in the construction environment Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the central area of the organization, coordination of all business activities in the logistics and dispatch area Technical, organizational and personnel leadership of a team of around five specialist professionals Control of the comprehensive deployment planning of the local logistics site as well as all service and transport specialists Monitoring and planning of transports, equipment, material and special products Regular control and improvement of the operating processes in close coordination with other specialist committees Interdisciplinary cooperation within the entire company on special projects, close contact with the site management Your profile: Technical vocational training (building technology, construction, crafts etc.) with possible specialist further training, possibly additional training towards business administration and/or management or an equivalent career path Some years of professional practical experience in the logistics and/or dispatch environment (advantageous in a company with flat hierarchies and direct operating processes) Track record of performance in a specialist and, if possible, leadership task of a demanding company in the building technology, industry or construction trade German as a native language, knowledge of a second national language or English is an advantage, high organizational and leadership competence Ideally good knowledge of the local market situation and the regional environment, occasional willingness to travel in the region, explicit desire for further development Can I inspire you to take on a decisive role in a multicultural and competent company?
