La Résidence*** La Tzoumaz-Verbier, located in the heart of the resort and open year-round, consists of 85 apartments. Winter stays mostly operate on a weekly basis and run from Saturday to Saturday. Housekeeping Supervisor (M/F/D) - 40% # To complete its teams, T-Resort is looking for: Your missions: • Supervise the distribution of cleaning tasks between teams and participate in the cleaning of apartments; • Control the cleanliness of apartments and common areas, and report forgotten objects; • Report technical problems to the reception; • Respond to specific requests from clients in the apartments; • Supervise the organization of trolleys and coordinate the distribution of linen at each stage; • Manage orders for linen and cleaning products; • Ensure that work trolleys and pantries are permanently stocked; • Carry out inventories at the end of the season and deep cleanings; • Ensure the monitoring of standards and procedures and oversee their application; • Participate in the recruitment of cleaning agents before the start of the season, then ensure their training; • Work on Mondays and Fridays from 01.05 to 30.11, then on Saturdays (mandatory day) and Mondays from 01.12 to 30.04. Your profile: • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping; • Punctual, organized and professional; • Dynamic, efficient, reactive and fast in execution; • Team spirit and excellent personal presentation; • Discreet, honest, with a sense of detail, customer service and quality/cleanliness; • Natural ease in exchanges with others and ability to organize and coordinate work with different departments; • Respect for hierarchy and sense of discipline; • Personal means of transport; • Fluent command of French and English.
