This is what you can achieve. • As a Marketing Data Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for data-driven segmentation and target group selection for direct marketing measures as well as their continuous development (Data Modelling, Scoring, Selections). • You ensure the operational operation around data selection and support the optimization of the data basis. • You actively work on the further development and use of the Marketing Automation Platform (BSI Customer Suite) and bring your know-how into projects around data-driven marketing. • You analyze campaign performance and derive data-based optimizations to increase relevance, personalization, and conversion. • You advise internal stakeholders on the conception of data-driven dialogue measures and the use of data in campaigns, and bring in best practices from e-mail and dialogue marketing. • You actively drive topics such as automation, AI, standardization, and scaling forward. This is what you bring. • A high degree of initiative and the ability to actively drive topics forward and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders characterize you. • With your pronounced analytical skills, you interpret data in a targeted manner and derive optimizations from it. • You have several years of experience in the field of e-mail marketing and marketing automation with a focus on data management, segmentation, and customer journeys. • You can demonstrate in-depth experience with dialogue marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation tools, e-mail management, tracking), ideally with the BSI Customer Suite. • You have a solid understanding of data and knowledge in data modeling and database queries in the marketing context, as well as a secure and routine handling of SQL, Snowflake, and SPSS Modeler. • A completed degree (university/university of applied sciences) in marketing, economics, or business informatics or equivalent training, as well as very good German language skills (C1) and good language skills (B1) in another national language are required for this function.
