The Etablissement cantonal des assurances sociales (ECAS) is an autonomous institution under public law that administers and coordinates the activities of the Caisse de compensation du canton de Fribourg, those of the Office cantonal de l'assurance-invalidité as well as the Services centraux. It thus constitutes a unique competence center in the social insurances of the 1st pillar for the insured persons and companies of the canton of Fribourg. Why join us? Your missions Within the "Informatique et Management Qualité" section, of the Services centraux of the ECAS: Contribute to the proper functioning of the IT of the ECAS and provide a service on the use of office tools and business applications Perform troubleshooting and resolve IT problems Write and update the procedures and processes of the section, and participate in cross-functional projects Assign the necessary access, rights and equipment to collaborators, in accordance with the rules of the ECAS FR Support the implementation of information security (SMSI) and data protection within the ECAS FR Participate in support within the framework of the 1st and 2nd Level Support of the section Ensure contact with external service providers Desired profile Diploma of technician ES or CFC d’informaticien, corporate IT orientation with professional experience Endowed with a good sense of listening and responsibility, you demonstrate an aptitude for versatility and teamwork In-depth knowledge of the security, infrastructure and logistics fields as well as Microsoft domain software Knowledge of technical hardware and its operation Experience in project management Sense of organization and ease in communication, both oral and written Dynamic and convincing personality knowing how to take initiatives Mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language (oral / written) Contact details of contact persons Mélanie Moriggia, Cheffe de la section Informatique et Management Qualité, T jpid7b77020jm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
