We are looking for immediate employment:
Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Management 100%

Your main tasks:

• Caretaking of assigned properties (cleaning, garden/surroundings maintenance, and technical maintenance)
• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the properties
• Small repair works on building technical systems and facilities
• Support with additional tasks of ongoing operations
• Regular on-call duties
• Winter service duties

Your profile:

• Very independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• You have experience as a Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Management
• You have a good technical understanding
• You are manual/handy
• You possess a driving license Cat. B/BE
• You live in the Frauenfeld region
• You have good German skills
• You possess a CH pass or a C or B permit

Craftsmen who can imagine working as a caretaker and are willing to perform cleaning, maintenance, and care work are also invited to apply.
