Job Description

As a master data specialist, you are responsible for the maintenance, quality and continuous development of our product and material master data. Your main tasks include:

Master Data Management

• Maintenance and management of product master data in SAP
• Management of bills of materials, prices and product information
• Support for product launches and product modifications
• Ensuring high data quality and compliance

Project Participation

• Participation in projects and ensuring rigorous documentation
• Continuous improvement of master data processes
• Support for system implementations and data migrations
• Coordination with stakeholders and relevant departments

Profile

You have a keen sense of data and processes and work in a structured, precise and autonomous manner. With your analytical mind, your solution orientation and your high quality requirement, you contribute to lasting results. You communicate proactively, enjoy working in a team and maintain an overview as well as good priorities even in the event of a high workload.

Professional Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Very good knowledge of material and article structures, management of bills of materials and master data processes
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP applications
• Experience in the watchmaking industry is an asset

Languages

• Proficiency in French or German as well as very good knowledge of the other language
• Knowledge of English is an asset
