Our client is a modern residential and nursing center in the heart of Freiamt, which offers more than 100 residents an individual and comprehensive care offering. The house is characterized by an appreciative culture and a committed team that shapes the everyday life of the residents with heart and professionalism. To strengthen the team, we are looking for several nursing professionals with a flexible workload, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Implementation of activating nursing to strengthen independence
• Care of residents in different nursing situations and levels of complexity
• Empathetic accompaniment in the final phase of life in the palliative sector
• Support of inter- and multiprofessional cooperation within the team
• Contribution of independence and creative ideas to the care
