Driller

The Driller will intervene in daily drilling operations and participate in the supervision of activities on the rig floor, in compliance with the drilling program, safety procedures, and well control requirements.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Ensure and supervise daily drilling operations in accordance with the drilling program
• Supervise rig floor teams on a light rig using an MPD system
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and availability of drilling equipment
• Guarantee safe working conditions on the drill floor
• Promote a strong safety culture among field teams
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, well control requirements, and current safety regulations
• Identify and report operational issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of drilling operations performance
• Minimum 10 years of experience in onshore Oil & Gas drilling operations or deep geothermal
• Minimum 4 years of experience in continental Europe
• Solid operational knowledge of drilling equipment
• Good mastery of well control practices
• Experience on light rigs and MPD environments appreciated
• Strong HSE culture and commitment to health, safety, and environment
• IWCF Level 3 certification required
• OPITO H2S, MIST or BOSIET certifications required
• Valid OEUK medical certificate
• Fluent English / advanced level required
• Location: Assens, Suisse
• Organization: 3x3 rotation
• Site operating 24/7
• Start date: 1er janvier 2027
• Pre-mobilization planned for late 2026 for internal training
• Duration: 6 months, renewable
• Possibility of continuity on a new project at the end of the mission
• Sector: drilling / energy / deep geothermal
