In this varied role, you will be responsible for technical projects as well as the efficient operation of building technology at our location in Fällanden. You will work closely with internal specialist departments, external service providers, and our ESG team and will contribute actively to the further development of our infrastructure and to the achievement of our sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Main contact person for building technology: Coordination of technical issues and cooperation with internal departments and external service providers
• Compliance and legal requirements: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal provisions and regulations in the area of energy and building technology
• Professional leadership and control of external service providers: Professional guidance, management, and control of commissioned external partners regarding service fulfillment, quality, and satisfaction of the internal clients
• Project management: Operational management of individual projects from initialization to completion – definition of goals and milestones, resource and budget planning, management of internal and external stakeholders, risk management, and documentation
• Procurement management: Obtaining, checking, and preparing offers as well as creating meaningful procurement templates
• Project control: Overall schedule, cost, and quality control of ongoing projects in the area of energy and building technology, including prioritization, interface management, and reporting to management
• SAP and Onventis approvals: Order and invoice approval in the SAP workflow and in Onventis.
• Energy optimization: Development and implementation of measures and strategies for the sustainable reduction of energy consumption at the location
• Energy officer at the location: Professional responsibility for energy efficiency, compliance with energy standards, as well as contact person for energy-related audits and reporting
• Support for ESG and sustainability: Collaboration in the development and implementation of environmental and energy-saving measures in cooperation with the ESG team

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in facility management, building technology, or technical project management
• Sound knowledge in the field of building technology (HVAC and/or electrical)
• Experience in leading projects including budget, schedule, and quality responsibility
• Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Knowledge in energy management and interest in sustainable energy efficiency solutions
• German at native level as well as English skills at least at level B2
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and assertiveness

Ideally, you also bring

• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements in the area of energy and building technology
• Experience in procurement and contract management
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Onventis
• Experience in the area of ESG, sustainability, or environmental management
• Experience with energy-related audits and reportings
