To strengthen the ERP team, we are looking for an engaged personality as an ERP Consultant for anica ag, who combines technical understanding with consulting competence and accompanies customers in the introduction and further development of modern ERP solutions.

Your challenge

The function combines customer consulting and technical implementation in equal parts and offers you the opportunity to accompany ERP projects holistically. You are responsible for the following areas:

• Analysis & Consulting
• Analysis of business processes and recording of customer requirements
• Conception of practical ERP solutions for SMEs
• Consulting customers during the entire project process
• Implementation of workshops and user training
• ERP implementation & process design
• Parameterization and configuration of the ERP solution
• Cooperation on interfaces and technical adjustments
• Support with migrations and system expansions
• Cooperation with software development and internal specialists
• Customer support & further development
• Long-term support of existing customers
• Participation in varied ERP projects
• Continuous optimization of existing solutions and processes

Your qualities and talents

• Technical education and further training at HF, FH or university level (BSc/MSc) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in development or in the ERP environment; experience in an industrial or production-related environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SQL; knowledge in the areas of customizing and interfaces is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as the optimization of business processes
• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficient German as well as understanding of Swiss German; French language skills are an advantage
