Job Description ##

• Ensure the direction and coordination of the foundation's operational activities.
• Guarantee the continuity and quality of services delivered to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
• Supervise, unite, and support team leaders and their employees.
• Manage support functions (finance, human resources, administration, infrastructure, IT, and purchasing according to the organization in place).
• Ensure the proper execution of budgets, the monitoring of performance indicators, and the optimization of processes.
• Identify operational risks and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Prepare strategic files and reports intended for the General Management and the Foundation Board.
• Ensure the follow-up of transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the foundation to institutional partners, authorities, and external service providers when necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a constructive social climate and a quality dialogue with all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher university education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an operations management function, deputy general management, or management of an entity of comparable size.
• Experience within non-profit, quasi-public, institutional, or highly regulated organizations is an asset.
• Excellent ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage transition contexts.
• Solid skills in budget management, governance, and change management.
• Unifying leadership, pragmatism, political sense, and ability to make decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mastery of French; knowledge of English is an advantage.
