Your new job As Chapter Lead, you lead a group (chapter) of product managers and are responsible for the following tasks: * Leading the group personnel-wise, developing individual goals with employees and promoting their achievement * In close coordination with the lead product managers, conducting check-ins and development dialogues for assessment, goal setting and further development of employees, as well as planning and accompanying individual development measures * Ensuring personnel resource planning and coordinating the optimal use of chapter employees in teams and projects (resource management) * Continuously developing the methodology competencies bundled in the chapter as well as the agile way of working * Actively participating in change processes and helping to shape the development of a learning organization within the department * Supporting, advising and working on projects with the lead product managers and other stakeholders through methodology competence.
