Team Leader Building Permits (a) # 80% - 100% | Luzern | Home office possible ## Do you lead with foresight, maintain an overview even in complex permit procedures, and know how to bring people and specialist departments together? Then take over the Team Leadership of Building Permits for the Kanton Luzern and, with your team, take responsibility for the assessment of demanding building applications as well as cantonal statements and uniform decisions. Your tasks • You lead a qualified team of six employees technically and personally and promote their professional and personal development. • You advise clients, planners, municipalities, and authorities on demanding construction and procedural law issues. • Within your area of responsibility, you coordinate all cantonal permit procedures and ensure legally compliant, timely, and high-quality processing of building applications. • When balancing interests between the various stakeholder groups, you proceed carefully and develop practice-oriented and sustainable solutions. • You represent the specialist department in projects and working groups, actively contribute your expertise to the further development of processes, services, and digital ways of working, and promote cross-departmental cooperation with municipalities, cantonal specialist offices, and other stakeholder groups. Your profile • You have a degree HF/FH in construction, architecture, building technician, or comparable, or an equivalent training with specialist further training in public construction law. • You bring many years of professional and ideally leadership experience in the construction industry or in public administration. • Sound knowledge of spatial planning and building law, as well as preferably road, hydraulic engineering, and water protection law, round off your profile. • A structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working characterizes you, and you make well-founded decisions even in demanding situations. • You communicate in a stylish and target-group-oriented manner and convince through your high social competence and resilience.
