For our demanding area and infrastructure projects, we are looking for a committed personality who keeps an overview, actively shapes interfaces, and reliably combines technical, administrative, and contractual topics. Your tasks In this versatile function, you will take over the general coordination of area projects for external customers. You will ensure that all participants work together efficiently and that the projects progress successfully along the entire lifecycle. - You coordinate area projects in the fields of energy supply, heat and cold, e-mobility, ZEV, LEG, photovoltaics, battery storage, grid usage, gas, and construction. - You connect internal specialist departments with external customers and partner companies and ensure a smooth flow of information. - You create and maintain service contracts and keep an eye on deadlines, services, and agreements. - You accompany offer, invoicing, and collection processes and ensure clear and reliable procedures. - You recognize challenges at the interfaces between technology, operations, and administration and develop pragmatic solutions. - You drive the standardization, digitalization, and automation of our processes - especially in data management, contract management, and billing. - You support the project management, are responsible for your own sub-projects, and contribute your ideas to the further development of our services. What you bring with you You have a completed basic technical training, ideally in electrical, energy, or supply technology. Further training at HF or FH level complements your profile. In addition, you bring: - several years of professional experience in the energy industry, for example in the environment of area solutions, energy supply, building technology, or real estate management - experience in the coordination of complex technical projects and in working with interdisciplinary teams - understanding of total energy solutions, contract and billing management, as well as energy economic contexts - business thinking and experience in dealing with costs, budgets, and processes - enjoyment of digitalization, data quality, and process optimization - very good German skills; English skills are an advantage You think in networks, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even with complex projects. In exchange with different stakeholders, you appear confident, communicate clearly, and find viable solutions together with others.
