It offers individual and group consultations in order to find alternatives to violence. For our team of psychosocial interveners, we are looking for: A PSYCHOSOCIAL INTERVENER at 70% CDI Profile sought: - Graduate with a Master's in psychology or a title deemed equivalent according to the CCT of the Vaudois socio-parapublic sector - Training in the systemic approach - Experience and knowledge of interview techniques and group co-facilitation - Minimum 5 years of experience in social work - Interest in the field of violence - Ability to work autonomously and taste for team collaboration - Writing ease and administrative rigor - Knowledge of the Vaudois socio-sanitary network Your missions: - Ensure the reception, listening, evaluation and orientation of voluntary or mandated persons who have resorted to acts of violence within the framework of their couple relationship - Accompany beneficiaries within the framework of individual follow-ups and groups with a therapeutic aim - Develop and maintain network work with the partners concerned in order to guarantee coordinated care - Ensure online responsiveness for the partner association's website - Participate in supervision and colloquium sessions - Regularly ensure the administrative tasks inherent to the follow-up of beneficiaries We offer: - Motivating, demanding and diversified work within a small team - The opportunity to contribute to a rapidly developing field - Continuous training and regular team supervisions - Regular schedules (office hours and in the evening until 21h) - 6 weeks of annual vacation - Salary and working conditions according to the Vaudois socio-parapublic CCT Start date: 1st December or to be agreed Work location: Rue de l'Ale 30, 1003 Lausanne Application deadline: 25 September 2026 We look forward to receiving your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas/certificates, work certificates) directly on Jobup.
