Thanks to its 800 collaborators, the Hôpital Intercantonal de la Broye (HIB) provides an acute care and rehabilitation mission. Its ambition is to be a dynamic, innovative health institution aiming for excellence for the benefit of the Broye population. To strengthen the care teams of the treatment and rehabilitation center (CTR) in Estavayer-le-Lac, the HIB care management is looking for a: Clinical Nurse Specialist (ICLS) 80% to 100%. Your mission The CTR has 47 hospitalization beds and is organized into two sectors. Its mission is to ensure the rehabilitation care (musculoskeletal, geriatric and internal medicine-oncology) of adult patients in the Broye region. The service works closely with the entire medical-therapeutic platform and the institutional multidisciplinary actors. The care team consists of around 35 EPT under the supervision of two ICUS. Your tasks: Exercise clinical practice 40-50% directly with patients Evaluate and analyze complex care situations and propose necessary actions Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the care management Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice for the benefit of quality, safety and efficiency of care Provide supportive and empowering clinical supervision to care team members Contribute to the development of team skills, service reorganization and accompany change Define and monitor clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in care Your assets You have a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and possibly experience in the field of hospital geriatric and/or rehabilitation care. Proactive in nature, your technical, organizational and relational skills allow you to offer quality care. With a good sense of communication, you have a marked interest in care quality and multidisciplinary collaboration. You demonstrate leadership, real clinical leadership and creativity. Excellent mastery of French (spoken and written), scientific English as well as computer tools are essential. Entry into function: immediately or to be agreed.
