Your tasks: Preparation, organization, control and partially independent management of construction sites with the goal of growing independence. Resource planning and coordination of our employees on the construction sites. Responsibility for material issue Control of time and report sheets, personnel management including ensuring compliance with the GAV Ausbaugewerbe Basel-Stadt as well as monitoring health, safety and accident prevention regulations. Gradual takeover of responsibility for own projects. Support of the department management in quoting and invoicing for projects. Deputizing for the project management during absences. Productive cooperation directly on the construction site. Your profile: Completed training as Maler:in EFZ with further training as a Construction Site Manager SMGV or willingness to complete this. Ideally initial professional experience in construction site management or project processing Interest in developing further into a Project Manager. Strong communication skills and a confident appearance. Organizational talent Confident MS-Office knowledge Stylistically proficient German language skills in speaking and writing, Swiss German is an advantage.
