About the role
As a Junior Scrum Master, you facilitate the daily operations of a development team by ensuring compliance with the agile framework. You play a key role in logistical and administrative support to optimize collective productivity.

Tasks
The mission consists of facilitating agile rituals, administering tracking tools, and supporting the Product Owner in the operational management of the backlog.
Prepare and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)
Manage the framework, timeboxing, and distribution of speaking time in meetings
Document decisions and ensure the follow-up of action plans
Remove logistical and administrative obstacles on a daily basis
We are looking for
Basic knowledge of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework
Training in Scrum or agile methodology
Excellent communication and organizational skills
An asset if you possess
First experience or internship in an Agile environment
Fundamental knowledge of the SAFe framework
Ability to write clear acceptance criteria
