Our modern, lively Medical Center with its own ultrasound and X-ray is centrally located in Kloten and is well connected to public transport.
Around 20 employees from the disciplines of General Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nutritional Counseling and TCM/Acupuncture care for our international patients interdisciplinary and quality-oriented.
Following consultation, we also perform home visits.

Working in a part-time capacity is possible in all functions, and working hours can be designed flexibly.

What you can move ##

As a Medical Secretary at Medbase, you take care of the smooth running of the practice administration. Your organizational talent and your discretion contribute to the practice functioning optimally and the team being able to concentrate on the patients.

• Support of the doctors in administrative tasks
• Coordination of everyday practice life and appointment management
• Processing of patient inquiries via telephone and e-mail
• Administration and maintenance of patient data

What you bring ##

• Training as MPA or FaGe, ideally further training as a Medical Secretary
• Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Flexibility for shift work and a structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and discretion
• Very good German skills (min. B1 level), English skills are an advantage
