In the charming and attractive municipality of Zumikon, which has approximately 5'800 inhabitants, our school properties are a place of life and encounters every day. For students, teachers, and staff to feel perfectly comfortable and for school life to run smoothly, people are needed who are ready to commit, take on responsibilities, and maintain an overview. To complete our team of concierges, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person as a school property concierge (100 %) starting from 1 November 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks:

• Cleaning of premises assigned by the team leader
• Maintenance of outdoor areas and green spaces (lawn mowing, trimming of hedges and shrubs)
• Carrying out small repairs and maintenance work
• Coordination of tradespeople for small repairs
• Performing administrative tasks
• Planning and participating in deep cleanings
• Assistance with snow removal (including weekends)
• Close collaboration with the other concierges in the team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a building maintenance specialist preferred
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role; tradespeople are also welcome
• Enjoyment of contact with students as well as with the management and teachers
• Availability for flexible hours (evening work, weekends, and during school holidays)
• Customer and service orientation, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Autonomous, structured, and efficient work
• Category B driver's license in possession
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
