Requirement profile:

• Basic technical training with further training in technology, business administration or sales (HF/FH/Uni)
• Several years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering or project business in a B2B environment
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the further development of teams and employees
• Experience in the optimization of processes and in handling CRM systems
• Entrepreneurial and strongly process-oriented mindset, combined with a proactive way of working as well as high customer and service orientation
• Strong communication and interface competence as well as sound negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing

Tasks:

• Functional and personal leadership of the Sales Engineering and Product Management teams
• Ensuring an efficient, standardized and scalable offer and sales process handling
• Overall responsibility for the analysis and implementation of customer inquiries up to the order
• Ensuring offer quality with regard to competitiveness, margin and profitability
• Active support of the field sales force as well as close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Further development and harmonization of sales processes, interfaces and systems
• Development and standardization of tools, methods and best practices in sales administration
• Support in the development and integration of new business areas
• Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to control sales activities
