Your tasks

• Together with the management, you lead the radiology specialist staff and shape personnel, professional, and organizational development in a partnership-based and independent manner.
• You actively contribute your perspectives and ideas and, together with the management and the teams, further develop innovative, efficient, and cross-professional group processes.
• You take responsibility in projects and change processes - particularly within the framework of new structures, technologies, and ways of working.
• You shape an open leadership culture, strengthen team cooperation, and promote the targeted further development of employees.
• You work independently with the medical staff and also other professional groups and together design high-quality and patient-oriented service delivery.

Your profile

• You hold a diploma as a Radiologiefachperson HF/FH and bring sound professional experience in radiology.
• You enjoy leadership, take responsibility, and ideally already bring leadership experience or corresponding further training.
• You think in networks, recognize potential for improvement, and want to actively help shape processes and structures.
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively, can win people over for changes, and promote constructive cooperation.
• You bring initiative, decisiveness, and organizational strength and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
