Technical Service Employee # For «Etzelblick» in Richterswil, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Maintenance Practitioner EBA or a Specialist in Facility Management 80%-100% Your tasks • Control, monitoring and maintenance of the systems and building technology • Carrying out necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure • Various maintenance, cleaning and environmental works • Supervision and control of work carried out by external companies • Responsibility for waste management • Active support of internal and external events • Moves and apartment acceptances/handovers Your profile • Maintenance Practitioner EBA, Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or comparable manual vocational training • Good IT skills • Willingness to work on weekends • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
