Your tasks

• You work in a modern outpatient and day-clinic treatment setting and accompany female and male patients along the entire treatment path – from psychiatric assessment through outpatient therapy to day-clinic treatment.
• As part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you carry out psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments under specialist medical supervision.
• You deepen your psychiatric and psychotherapeutic knowledge and further develop your competencies based on your previous experience in inpatient psychiatry.
• You plan and coordinate treatments with increasing individual responsibility, carefully document progress and write the necessary medical reports.
• Depending on interest and level of training, you participate in group offerings and actively contribute to innovative projects as well as the further development of our treatment offerings.
• Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to get to know other areas of psychiatry – for example, geriatric and neuropsychiatry or outreach treatment for female and male patients at home, in care facilities or in hospitals.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in human medicine in Switzerland, the EU or an EFTA state. For a degree obtained abroad, a MEBEKO recognition is present.
• You have already gained initial professional experience in inpatient psychiatry.
• You want to continue your further training to become a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• You enjoy working with mentally ill people and value cooperation in a multiprofessional team.
• You are characterized by flexibility, resilience and a sense of responsibility.
• An open and communicative manner with female patients, male patients and team members is natural to you.
• High commitment, initiative and very good German skills with at least level C1 characterize you.
