Restaurant Specialist (m/f)

Die Astoria Gastronomie AG is a lively gastronomy company in the center of Olten. It includes the following business branches: Hotel with 38 rooms, traditional restaurant (90 SPL), specialty restaurant Bamboo (30 SPL), seminar with 6 rooms, Bar sisième (90 SPL) and terraces, Restaurant/Bar magazin (160 SPL).

Your tasks

• Guest reception and seating.
• Taking orders and special requests.
• Advising on drinks and food.
• Serving and clearing the order.
• Invoicing and processing payments.
• Daily accounting.
• Refilling drinks and goods.
• Assisting with apéros/banquets for the various restaurants/bars

Your profile

• Professional experience in a similar position
• You are a team player, reliable, stress-resistant, punctual and flexible
• Knowledge of current work and hygiene regulations and can implement them without problems
• Friendliness in dealing with our guests, a clean appearance and good expression in the German (ideally also English) language are a matter of course for you
