Become part of our multicultural team and help shape the future of innovative and high-quality products as Your future areas of responsibility • You operate, manage, and continuously develop our Windows 11 client platform with Config Manager and Microsoft Intune. • You plan, package, test, and distribute software solutions efficiently and reliably. • You automate processes with PowerShell and actively contribute to the standardization and optimization of our workflows. • You build client infrastructures, operate them, and realize migrations as well as further developments. • You support our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support and ensure fast, solution-oriented processing of incidents. • You work actively in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Configuration, and Capacity Management). • You provide competent support to the business on questions regarding servers and databases. Your skills and competencies • You have training as a platform developer, computer scientist EFZ, or a comparable qualification in the IT field. • You are enthusiastic about modern workplace technologies and follow trends and developments in the client environment with interest. • You work well in a team, are flexible, and appreciate an open, collaborative way of working. • You think analytically and networked, quickly grasp complex situations, and develop sustainable solutions. • You convince through structured work, high self-responsibility, and pronounced problem-solving competence - even in demanding situations. • You have initial leadership experience and are motivated to take on responsibility in a leadership role. • You take responsibility for platform topics and proactively drive automation forward. • You communicate clearly, in a targeted, and service-oriented manner with various stakeholders.
