Team Leader Childcare

We are Kinderhüeti NEMO, a young, modern and flexible childcare offering in Thusis. We support families in reconciling work and family. In addition, we operate the lunch table of the Primarschule Thusis.

As of mid-November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a warm-hearted, competent Team Leader (m/f/d) who lives our values and develops our vision further.

As a Team Leader, you ensure that the childcare and catering (including the lunch table) are reliable and of high quality. You lead a team of three to four caregivers including substitute workers and create the deployment plan. You handle the accounting and issue the invoices monthly. In addition, you are active as a caregiver in the Kinderhüeti.

You are in exchange with the parents and are the contact person regarding registrations or deregistering of children. Close cooperation with the board is a matter of course for you and you participate in board meetings and general meetings. At events, you help out and support the preparations.

Training as a FaBe or similar areas in pedagogy or social services. Organizational talent, reliability, sense of responsibility and resilience. Joy of communication and empathy - you shape relationships with children, parents and employees with openness. Joy of innovation - you want to actively help shape and contribute new ideas in the sense of Kinderhüeti NEMO.
