Your missions
You support job seekers in order to reintegrate them into the labor market
You detect barriers to reintegration and deploy strategies aimed at returning to employment
You coach job seekers in order to develop their employability
You monitor compliance with legal obligations
You collaborate with internal and external partners, and develop adequate synergies
Desired profile
3-year CFC or higher professional training at tertiary level and a federal certificate in HR or social insurance (training possible while employed)
Professional experience of several years in the fields of consulting and placement, professional reintegration or human resources
Specific knowledge in the fields of social insurance and the labor market
Ability to manage advisory interviews in different forms (in person, by telephone or by video), leadership and coaching skills
Adaptability, listening skills and resistance to stress
Excellent mastery of digital tools and platforms
Mastery of the German or French language, with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual)
