This is the contribution you can make

• Legally support the inclusion of medicinal products in the specialty list and their periodic reviews
• Conduct appeal proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Supreme Court
• Manage citizen inquiries and requests for inspection of official documents (BGÖ)
• Collaborate procedurally and substantively in legislative processes (KVG, KVV, KLV)

What makes you unique

• Academic degree in law (MLaw)
• Possible further training as an attorney, CAS (Public Health), etc.
• Experience with legislative processes and demanding negotiations is an advantage
• Knowledge of the roles/actors and stakeholders in the Swiss healthcare system and health policy
• Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language
