As Team Leader Air Conditioning Northwest Mittelland Region, you will take over the technical, organizational, and personnel leadership of our service technicians in the field of air conditioning. You are the central technical contact person for your team, provide support for demanding service cases and projects, and ensure a high quality of execution. In doing so, you work closely with the service organization, sales, and other internal specialist departments. The place of work is Münsingen or Rothrist.

Your main tasks as Technical Sales Consultant

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the air conditioning service technicians in the Northwest Mittelland region
• Technical support for complex malfunctions, repairs, commissioning, and demanding service cases
• Ensuring high work quality, complete documentation, and professional work preparation
• Accompanying demanding customer projects from finding technical solutions to successful completion
• Close cooperation with the service organization, sales, internal specialist departments, and external partners

Our requirements

• Completed basic technical training in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, building, or HVAC technology
• Several years of professional experience in the field of air conditioning or refrigeration technology as well as sound specialist knowledge in service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning
• Proven leadership experience in a technical service organization or in a comparable function
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as driver's license category B
