Your tasks

• Receiving, recording, and processing service reports in connection with repairs
• Handling repair cases for mechanical and electrical components
• Advising our customers regarding repair costs as well as possible credits
• Monitoring the repair process
• Proactive informing and communicating with customers, branches, or representatives about the current repair status
• Coordinating and controlling all repair processes
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing of orders

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, etc. or comparable technical qualification
• Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the assembly of machine tools or assemblies
• Technical understanding as well as the ability to recognize and assess connections
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills in speaking and writing desirable
• Independent, responsible, and precise way of working
• Team- and solution-oriented "doer personality"
