Your main tasks Engineering, operation, and continuous further development of our IT infrastructure Design, implementation, and operation of platforms in the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Entra ID, 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune) Operation and lifecycle management of our server, virtualization, storage, network, and backup infrastructure (VMware, Fortinet, Veeam) Co-shaping the technical target architecture as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies and platforms Ensuring availability, performance, security, and operation of our systems Analysis of complex malfunctions as well as sustainable error correction (2nd-/3rd-level support) Automation of recurring operational processes using scripts and suitable tools Integration of new systems and services into the existing IT landscape Advising and supporting our employees as well as technical documentation and knowledge transfer Our requirements Completed training as an Informatiker EFZ (platform development/system engineering) or comparable training Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer or System Administrator Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment Good knowledge of virtualization, backup, as well as network and security solutions Experience in automation with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages is an advantage Enjoyment of evaluating new technologies as well as architecture and infrastructure topics Ability and willingness to take on responsibility and to work independently Analytical, structured, and independent way of working Very good German and good English skills, other languages (f/i) are an advantage Our offer Interesting and versatile activity in a collegial and familiar working environment Careful introduction to the new task Secure job with attractive employment conditions Are you an independent team player, enjoy solving IT problems, working independently, and want to become part of the Krüger success story?
