Job description
Shaping the future together with heart and competence. For our location in Uesslingen, we are looking for a committed, strong-willed, and resilient Daycare and After-school Care Manager starting immediately or by agreement. Your tasks

Operational, personnel, and organizational management of the location
Responsibility for smooth daycare operations
Leadership, development, and support of the team
Recruitment of new employees
Conducting employee, conflict, and crisis management meetings
Professional cooperation with parents, authorities, and other stakeholders
Ensuring and further developing pedagogical and operational quality
Support in daily daycare/after-school care business
Co-execution of regular service
Close cooperation with the management
Additional support for holiday cover
Mandatory requirements Applications can only be considered if the following requirements are fully met: Several years of leadership experience as a daycare manager or in a comparable leadership function

Extensive experience in digital work and service planning as well as in adjustments to service and deployment planning
Extensive experience in personnel management, including the professional conduct of conflict and crisis management meetings
Demonstrable experience in personnel recruitment
Strong assertiveness
High discretion, loyalty, and sense of responsibility in everyday work
Professional, confident appearance towards parents, employees, authorities, and other stakeholders
Strong PC affinity
Demonstrable experience in administration
High resilience as well as the ability to always keep a cool head and make calm decisions even in hectic, demanding, or challenging situations
Openness to innovative structures and new ways: Identification with a modern daycare concept, ability to think ahead, contribute own ideas, and openness to feeling comfortable in a daycare that deliberately also takes new and unconventional paths at times
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Driver's license category B and willingness to step in for driving services
Flawless criminal record and special private extract
Your profile

Recognized training in the pedagogical field, social work, or similar
Further training as a daycare manager or willingness to complete it
Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
High social competence, resilience, and decisiveness
Flexible, proactive personality with high commitment
