We are looking for committed support to ensure and further develop the joint controlling of both clinics.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of monthly closings, commentary on monthly reports, as well as analysis and interpretation of the cost center and cost unit accounting of the two clinics and the outpatient surgical center
• Provision of meaningful reports, analyses, and cockpits for the management of the business and profitability for the benefit of the Head of Finance, Performance Management, and the operational management
• Execution of the planning and budgeting process within the clinics (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Delivery of financial and performance statistics according to legal and group-wide specifications (ITAR_K, BfS, PSA et al.), Rekole certifications, and audits
• Support the clinic in the preparation of business plans and investment calculations, the parameterization of cost unit accounting, independent processing of ad-hoc inquiries, and participation in cross-departmental projects as a finance/controlling representative

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional/university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling
• Several years of experience in controlling (experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage)
• Strong analytical thinking skills, target-group-oriented communication skills, and flexibility
• Reliable, proactive, and timely way of working as well as a high degree of independence and teamwork skills
• Very good IT skills (MS Excel, SAP, BIC3)
• Very good German skills and good English skills
