Responsibility for payroll processing and social insurance inquiries
Point of contact for insurance questions
Consulting function for the line and employees within the area of responsibility
Close cooperation with the HR Business Partners
Diverse further activities in human resources
Assistance in ensuring the implementation of the HR strategy as well as processes
Assistance in HR projects
What you bring with you
You have a commercial education with further training as a Payroll Specialist and/or HR Specialist
In addition, you have experience in payroll accounting, in the area of social insurance as well as in labor law
Ideally experience and knowledge with Abacus
You are a dynamic personality who brings experience in a similar position and passion for people and the HR area and can deal with constant changes
