What awaits you
Coordination and personnel management: You coordinate the two retail advisory teams at the Olten and Zürich locations and are responsible for the personnel management, further development, and empowerment of your employees.
Sales control and market development: You ensure the implementation of the sales strategy, control the advisory activities, and engage in sustainable growth in the private and corporate customer business in German-speaking Switzerland.
Customer advisory and relationship management: You focus on the needs-oriented support of our customers and promote a target-group-oriented advisory culture. In addition, you look after selected key customers and support the advisory team as a sparring partner.
Change Management and organizational development: You actively accompany change processes, drive the further development of retail advisory, and participate in various fields of action regarding structural and process organization, knowledge management, and quality development.
Participation in the Retail leadership committee: Together with the leadership committee, you help develop the retail strategy and define suitable measures to achieve the set goals.
Co-design in a sociocratic environment: You contribute to our sociocratic company, where co-determination and personal responsibility are lived. Your ideas and impulses are welcome and appreciated.
What we expect
Banking vocational training and business administration further education
Several years of leadership experience in customer advisory or retail banking, as well as proven experience in leadership and change management
Sound knowledge in the advisory of private individuals, companies, and non-profit institutions, as well as experience in sales control and sales management
Joy in working with people as well as the ability to promote employees, further develop teams, and successfully accompany changes
Strong methodical, analytical, and strategic competencies
Very good communication and presentation skills in German and good English skills in speaking and writing
High initiative, self-responsibility, and entrepreneurial commitment
Readiness to be regularly present at the Olten and Zürich locations

Remuneration
At ABS, we have a remuneration model that ensures equal pay for equal work. Our salaries are transparent internally, and we guarantee a salary range of maximum 1:5 between the lowest and the highest salary. For this role, the entry annual gross salary is around CHF 107’325.00. Classification is based on clear and transparent criteria.
