• You ensure a reliable, individual basic care

• You work closely with the team and with professionals from various areas

What you bring with you ###

• A completed training as Fachfrau/ Fachmann Betreuung (disability sector) or Sozialpädagog:in
• Experience in accompanying people with impairments
• Joy in solution-oriented and structured work
• Openness to flexible working hours
• An appreciative, resource-oriented approach to people is a matter of course for you
• Driver's license is an advantage
