Managing Director for approx. 80 - 100 %

The Zweckverband Pflege & Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal, with over 250 dedicated and motivated employees, provides the population of the member municipalities of Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg, and Zell with inpatient and outpatient nursing, care, and residential services. In the two inpatient care facilities «Lindehus» in Turbenthal and «Im Spiegel» in Rikon, 50 residents each with varying degrees of care and nursing needs are comprehensively cared for. The «Spitex Mittleres Tösstal», which also belongs to the Zweckverband, provides around 700 clients with high-quality services in somatic and psychosocial nursing and care as well as in housekeeping. Due to the retirement of the current job holder, we are looking for a competent, strong-willed, and humanly convincing personality as Managing Director for approx. 80 - 100 % (Zweckverband Pflege und Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal) as of 1 May 2027 or by arrangement. These are your main tasks: Overall operational responsibility for the entire Zweckverband, chairing the management team; Ensuring the high quality of services and customer satisfaction; Personnel management, recruitment, planning, and development; Ensuring a good operational and working culture; Successful financial management of the operations, budget and revenue responsibility; Close cooperation with the operating commission; Active role in the further development of the Zweckverband, the offerings, and the implementation of the strategy and resolutions; Leading projects and working groups, participating in projects; Representation of the business internally and externally, maintaining contacts with all stakeholders. What you bring with you: Successful leadership activity, ideally in the health or social sector, proven business knowledge, high service orientation; Experience in project management and organizational development; Economic, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting; High social competence, enjoyment of contact and dealing with people; Proficient German, spoken and written, communicative; Driver's license Cat. B; High identification with the demanding task, person who can motivate.
