• Professional experience in intensive or monitoring care is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and exact way of working in critical situations
• Resilience and the ability to make well-founded decisions even under time pressure
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary thinking for optimal patient care
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
