On behalf of the Amts für Arbeitslosenversicherung (AVA), we already support job seekers individually, practically, and appreciatively on their way back into the primary labor market in Interlaken and Thun. For our new team in Bern, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement as Assistant BINplus | 60-100 % ## Your field of activity ### In this versatile role, you will accompany and support our participants during their integration process. You will work closely with our specialists and, with your open and solution-oriented manner, contribute to a motivating learning and working environment. Your tasks specifically include: ### • Individual support for participants in the application process • Assistance in creating the participants' application documents • Supporting participants in the development of their ICT competencies • Challenging and promoting the independence and personal responsibility of the participants • Conducting check-ins in a group setting • Close cooperation with the specialists • General organizational and administrative activities • Participation in exchange meetings • Accompanying participants in the workspace and the fide self-study time What you bring with you: ### For this task, we are looking for an open and committed personality who enjoys supporting people with different requirements on their professional path. You possess: ### • Recognized qualification at least at secondary level II • Two years of proven professional experience • Knowledge in the application of information and communication technologies • Knowledge of the Swiss labor market and education system • Ability to interact appropriately with people from different social and cultural backgrounds • Communicative and team-oriented personality • Positive and competent aura, appreciative and open attitude • Readiness for self-directed and shared responsibility What you can look forward to ### At actifutura, more than a versatile task awaits you.
