Service charge accounting specialist real estate, BE / NE / FR / BS, 80-100% The mandate accounting team is the fiduciary hub for our property owners and is primarily responsible for the closing of building accounts as well as evaluations and management fees. Service charge accounting specialist real estate (M/F/X) Bern, Neuchâtel, Fribourg or Basel, 80-100% Your tasks: You autonomously prepare the service charge accounts for the assigned buildings (demanding portfolio such as commercial and residential buildings with, among others, PPE/Condominium accounts). The preparation and updating of cost management diagrams, including the establishment and mutation of the allocation key in collaboration with the manager, are part of your responsibilities. You manage the master data of the buildings, the entry of meter readings, and their control. You work in close collaboration with the various Wincasa departments and external technical managers. You account for adjustments, you enter transfers, and control accounts, taking into account quality and compliance with legal directives.
