Team Leader Electrical Engineering Energy Supply

Our client, a leading company in the energy industry, is looking for a technically savvy leader as Team Leader Electrical Engineering for the Aarau region, starting immediately or by arrangement.

You will lead a team of experienced specialists and ensure that the low- and medium-voltage systems run reliably. At the same time, you will continue to actively contribute your technical expertise: renewal and investment projects are coming up in the next few years, which you will actively help shape. You have room for design, a well-coordinated team by your side, and the chance to further develop an important area in the long term.

Your Tasks

• Lead your team professionally and organizationally and promote its further development
• Ensure safe and available operation of the low- and medium-voltage systems
• Plan maintenance and inspection assignments and coordinate your own employees and external companies in the process
• Drive renewals and adjustments to the existing systems
• Work together with other specialist departments in projects and take over the management of sub-projects

Your Profile

• Training as an Electrical Engineer FH, dipl. Techniker HF Electrical Engineering or comparable practical qualification
• Solid professional experience with switchgear in an industrial environment (low and medium voltage), whether in operation, maintenance, or planning
• Leadership experience with small specialist teams
• Knowledge of protection technology is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and reliable personality with an open manner and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
