As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a committed personality as Head of Finance In this key position, you will take over responsibility for financial management and drive the further development of lean processes. Together with your small team, you will ensure transparency, reliable decision-making bases and forward-looking financial control. You will ensure liquidity, guarantee meaningful reporting and be responsible for budgeting, forecasts, cost control and quarterly and annual closures. You will ensure an efficient flow of information to internal and external stakeholders. For this versatile task, you bring a higher education in finance and accounting (certificate, bachelor, expert or equivalent) as well as several years of experience in financial accounting, controlling and budgeting. You have closure security according to Swiss GAAP FER and are skilled in handling ERP systems, ideally Abacus. You have very good German or French language skills as well as good oral knowledge of the other national language; good English language skills round out your language profile. In addition, you convince through leadership competence, analytical thinking, a pronounced service orientation and the ability to implement changes in a targeted and pragmatic manner.
