At Pflegezentrum Bächli, we support our residents in the areas of Neuro Care, Palliative Care, as well as acute and transitional care with high professional competence and great commitment. Together with an interprofessional team, you will take responsibility for person-centered care and support in the early, late, and night shifts and make a valuable contribution to the quality of life and independence of our residents. Careful introduction, professional coaching, and modern working tools will support you in your daily work.

• Process responsibility for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Taking over day leadership and responsibility for a smooth daily nursing routine
• Participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Professional recording and action in complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional cooperation, especially with the areas of therapy and medical services

Your profile

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH or a foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Service-oriented and person-centered way of working
• Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation
• Openness to new things and willingness to contribute to a progressive understanding of nursing
• Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality
