Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing guidelines and the nursing process • Carrying out treatment-related nursing activities • Electronic nursing documentation using Care Coach (mobile possible with Care Coach Smartphone) • Observation and evaluation of nursing and care situations • Regular rounds on the nursing department and in the senior apartments • Taking on tasks and responsibilities of assigned specialist tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or a equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • Experience as an RAI coordinator is desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
