Your tasks:

• Professional, courteous and warm customer reception
• Organization of the checkout area in a 3-person team
• Care of demanding customers
• Receiving and forwarding customer complaints
• Operating the telephone switchboard, creating daily accounting, receiving empties
• Sporadic assignments at the relief register

Your profile:

• Federal training in the service sector
• Professional experience in a comparable function
• Experience in administrative activities and knowledge of IT applications
• Flair for numbers and payment processes
• Customer-oriented way of acting and high willingness to provide service
• Careful way of working and high sense of responsibility
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent communication skills and very good German skills
• Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good physical resilience (we carry wholesale products with weights up to 25kg)
