YOUR MISSION Kitchen & Production You prepare our dishes independently and ensure the highest quality on the plate every day. Creativity & Further Development You contribute ideas and actively participate in the development of new dishes. Food Safety You take responsibility for the professional storage, processing, and control of our food. Hygiene & Quality You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP. Support in Service You also support the team in the service area if needed and contribute to a smooth guest experience. Order & Closing Tasks After closing time, you carry out the necessary cleaning work and ensure a clean and well-organized workplace. YOUR PROFILE Education & Experience You have completed training as a /Cook EFZ. Several years of professional experience is an advantage. Passion for Culinary Arts You are enthusiastic about high-quality products and enjoy further developing an Italian-inspired offering. Creativity & Initiative You contribute new ideas, work independently, and think in a solution-oriented manner. Flexibility You are part of the entire guest experience and also support service if required. Team Spirit You value collaboration in a team and actively support your colleagues.
