With us, you will take responsibility for your installation team and coordinate the daily work on the construction site. Together with the project management, you will ensure a safe, professional, and timely implementation of our electrical installation projects.

Your tasks as Construction Manager / Supervising Fitter (m/f/d)

• Leadership of the installation team and construction site coordination
• Coordination with project management and planning of work processes
• Personnel, material, and tool planning
• Execution of electrical installations and monitoring of quality and safety
• Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and other trades
• Participation in construction site meetings
• Recording of measurements and additional work as well as checking of reports
• Reporting of schedule and cost deviations
• Construction site documentation and support during inspections, commissioning, and acceptance
• Instruction of apprentices and exchange with vocational trainers

Your profile

• Training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or equivalent
• Several years of experience in electrical installation, ideally with leadership experience
• Further training in electrical team leadership or construction management is an advantage
• Confident handling of plans and diagrams
• Knowledge of Swiss installation and safety regulations
• Experience with digital reports, Messerli knowledge is an advantage
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills and enjoyment of customer contact
