This is what your everyday life looks like ## • To the core: You convince people of CSS and turn them into customers. • You advise them personally, on the phone, by email, or sometimes via video call - in very good German, and preferably in other languages. • Our customer portfolio grows thanks to you through cross- and upselling. • You work closely with your colleagues and you support each other in achieving common goals. • Every now and then, you think outside the box and take on additional tasks or project work. What you bring with you ## • Most importantly: It is noticeable that you enjoy being around people - you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious. • A completed vocational training in the commercial sector, in retail, or in another exciting profession - ideally with customer contact. • Perhaps you already have experience from health insurance. If not, you will learn it here in our training sessions. What matters are your passion and perseverance. • You can respond well to your counterpart, listen, and love to convince others in conversation with strong arguments. • Digitalization is not a foreign word to you - you can use the computer well. • You have a large network of relationships and preferably live in the region.
