• You lead customer projects independently and ensure that they are completed on schedule and successfully from planning to implementation.
• You advise our customers on the transition to our system solution and ensure that their pharmacy processes can start optimally with ProPharma X.
• You coordinate the cooperation between customers, internal specialists, and external partners to ensure an optimal project progress.

• You are a Fachfrau Apotheke (Pharmacy Specialist) and have several years of professional experience in pharmacies.
• You have already worked with the ProPharma-X software for several years and know the system as well as its diverse functionalities very well.
• You are ready to familiarize yourself with customer project work and in the future take responsibility for customer projects from planning to successful implementation.
• You appear confident and professional towards customers and maintain open, clear communication.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive manner, maintain an overview even in challenging situations, and find pragmatic solutions.
• You work independently and reliably and are at the same time a team-oriented personality who values exchange and cooperation.
